Requirements
Education
Must possess an undergraduate degree from a reputed university.
No third class/equivalent CGPA in academic life.
Additional Requirements
Prospective candidates' age must not be more than 30 years as of 01 June 2024

Service Guarantee: Selected candidates must commit to serving the bank for at least five years, including the trainee period
Compensation & Other Benefits
A monthly allowance of BDT 28,000 during the one-year trainee period. On successful completion of the trainee period, TAO will be confirmed as Assistant Officer with a monthly salary of BDT 39,000 and other benefits as per bank policy.
